两年一度的「亚洲电影观景窗」将继续网罗亚洲地区十多个国家的精彩电影，让观众透过银幕贴近镜头后的大千世界。
今届特设「纱幕之女」专题，更外展至澳门大学及澳门科技大学校区内设置展览，选映五部具代表性的中东及邻近地区作品，从镜头下的女性出发，深入展示其人文、城市及社会文化面貌，窥探这些引人入胜的国度。并透过不同地区的作品，了解这些比邻国度的人文、城市及社会文化面貌。
此外，更特别放映一场本地作品《柜里孩》，该片同样透过电影为女性发声，题材别具意义。
不能错过的当然还有亚洲不同地区的最新好片，恰巧其中一部菲律宾电影《亲情转赠》故事背景发生在中东，更有极鲜有在银幕上出现的柬埔寨电影。今届作品题材青春辛辣：有正能量十足的失恋疗愈系作品、心灵角力的爱情救赎故事、揭露社会黑暗的争议事件、童年时光的小清新作品等。十四部作品除展现亚洲各地最新电影风貌之外，亦定必带来心灵和视觉的触动！
展览期由九月中旬至十月底。
Refreshing and mysterious stories
This year’s edition of the View Finder to Asian Film will showcase insightful movies from over ten Asian countries, transporting the audience to dazzling worlds through the silver screen. The 2014 edition adds an inno…vative section – Women in the Middle East and Beyond – a selection of five representative works from exotic and still mysterious countries. While displaying cultural, urban and societal landscapes, these films will allow a meaningful exploration of the feminine identity in enigmatic lands. This film cycle also includes a special screening of the locally produced film I’m Here, a documentary approaching female homosexuality in Macao.
But the thrill does not end here, as there are new Asian works not to be missed, like “Transit” a Filipino movie exploring the life of migrant workers in the Middle East (exposing similar anxieties affecting the vast Filipino community living and working in Macao) and a documentary from Cambodia, an unexpected newcomer with rare appearances in film festivals. This year’s edition features youthful and poignant stories for all tastes, from positive-energy movies to love and redemption stories. Besides displaying works with approaches on hot contemporary issues and revealing a darker side of society, there is also a place for sweet childhood stories. All in all, the 14 works showcasing what’s new in the Asian cinema will enchant us, both spiritually and visually!
